 Vacancies for

Bell Ringers

Would you be interested in leaning to ring?

Contact Colin Hill (Tower Captain) on 01384 423270

Clipart of Bell

We are very fortunate in having the Church bells rung on most
Sundays of the year, both for the main morning and for *some
evening services. We can always do with more people coming
forward to learn how to ring the bells. A number of people, both
young and not so young, have learned in recent years, and have
enjoyed it for its own sake and also because of the fellowship
between ringers.  If you would like to join the happy band of
ringers, please have a word with Colin Hill (
01384-423270)
and he will give you any information you require.
(Mature students always welcome!)

Ringing Practice
This take place on alternate Fridays from 7.30 - 9.00 pm.

*Bells are not always rung on Sunday evenings (6.00 - 6.30 pm)

Choir

Clipart of Choir

The Senior Choir is eager for new members. Ladies and
Gentlemen are all welcome. Most choirs in the land (even Cathedral
Choirs) are short of recruits. Many choir members will tell you the
pleasure they get from singing with a group of people, and making
music together. Michael Grimmitt our Organist, ably assisted by
Tony Braddock, will help and encourage you.
Have a word with them after Sunday Services.

If you would like more details ring 01384-394057 or to
contact
Michael Grimmitt by e-mail
